for the rental of Mobile Home T34 at Camping De Holle Poarte in Makkum

1. Contract Agreement

The booking of Mobile Home T34 is made exclusively through the booking system provided by the owner.

By completing the booking via the system, a binding rental agreement is established between the owner and the tenant.

The tenant will receive an automatic booking confirmation by email upon successful booking.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made exclusively through the booking system.

The total amount is due immediately upon booking and must be paid via the booking system.

An additional security deposit of €100 is required.

The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period, provided no damage or defects to the mobile home or its inventory are found.

The booking is considered binding only after full payment has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• 59–30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
• 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
• No-show: 100% of the rental price.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in advance to protect yourself against potential cancellation costs.

4. Arrival & Departure

Arrival: from 3:00 PM.

Departure: by 10:00 AM.

Late departure may incur additional charges.

Note: Upon arrival, tourist fees must be paid at the park reception according to local regulations. These are not included in the rental price and are payable on site.

5. Use of the Mobile Home

• The mobile home is intended exclusively for the number of persons specified in the rental agreement.
• Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.
• Smoking inside the mobile home is prohibited.
• The tenant agrees to treat the mobile home and its inventory with care and to report any damage immediately.
• The mobile home must be left broom-clean upon departure.
• The grill must be thoroughly cleaned and free of grease after each use.

6. Liability

The owner is not liable for personal belongings of the tenant.

Any damage to the mobile home or inventory caused by the tenant must be fully compensated by the tenant.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process is used exclusively for contract processing and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is the owner’s residence.

Changes and additions must be made in writing.
