All prices include gas, water, and electricity.
Charging electric vehicles via the chalet’s power supply is prohibited.
Please bring your own bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels.
💶 Taxes & Fees
Final cleaning: €60
Security deposit: €100
All listed prices include the currently applicable VAT of 7% on overnight stays.
The VAT amount is not shown separately.
The €100 deposit is a non-taxable security payment and is not considered payment for any service. It serves solely to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning.
After proper return of the chalet, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment account.
